We are here seven days a week, going as fast as we can, to read through each request sent to us. Please be patient. We don’t accept calls due to the high volume of vehicle requests. After the application is submitted, the Board of Directors will review the information provided, then review their inventory, and if they are able to assist you then you will be contacted within 30 days. All applications are valid for 30 days, so if you do not hear from them within that time frame then you can apply again. Can I call?
The short answer is NO.
While we love to hear from you out there our phone staffing is minimal in order to keep charitable dollars for charitable program expenses other than the many people it would take to answer the numerous requests for assistance we receive each day.

What happens after I submit my application?
Your completed application will be submitted for consideration to our Board of Directors, if assistance can be provided you will be contacted within 30 days.

Who do you help?
Individuals and like minded Charitable Organizations.
Assistance to individuals is provided to those in need and unable to provide for themselves. You will need to show why you are physically unable to do so.
Recipients are normally individuals making positive steps forward in improving their own circumstances and generally NOT have contributed in any material way to the creation of those circumstances.
You will need to demonstrate both qualifications thoroughly before assistance is provided.

Can assistance affect other benefits I am currently receiving?
If you are currently on Government assistance of any kind gifts of property may very well cause your assistance to be either terminated for a period of time or affected in some other negative manner. Gifted property is considered "additional income".

How can I help you to help me?
Fill out your information COMPLETELY. Also be thorough when giving us your story. It may be used in several ways to gather the assistance you are requesting. If your form is not complete it will be discarded.

Will I need to provide additional information?
Depending on the type of assistance requested there may be substantial background and financial information that you may need to provide.

Can I apply for assistance for someone else?
If you are a case management worker or that individuals assigned Social Worker then yes. If you are not then only that individual can apply for assistance.
